The actual interview time was 10 - 15 mins. The whole process took about two hours.
The Interviewer asked to show a picture from the wedding that has both our family members in it, and than he asked who each one of them were.
How we met.
If it is an arrange marriage.
does he send you money?
The occupation of both of us.
If there were any criminal charges.
I think these were it, and than he handed a slip of walk through and check list before flying out to US and said those magic words ' Congratulations your visa has been approved, it will be issued within 7-10 days'. ALHAMDULLILAH. ALL PRAISE TO ALLAH.

Hello all,
Interview went very good, embassy staff was very helpful and kind!
CO asked 4 questions only
1: how you guys met?
2: when met in person?
3: your fiance has a house in Pak, why getting married in USA?
4: what your fiance do for living
5: photographs and proofs of ongoing relationship
Then he said you will get your passport within two weeks time :D

The interview went smoothly and the visa was approved.. I am still waiting for the passport for my spouse. Beneficiaries living in ISB should be able to pick up the passport from the embassy the same day. That's what I heard. The case is in AP currently. She didn't get any 221g slip which is a good sign.
The only thing they asked for Medical, passport, passport sized photos, interview letter and our pictures... We over did our work with personal relationship evidences, forms, tax returns, etc. We concentrated a lot on the evidences and pictures. The CO didn't see the wedding album as it was huge in size. But we color printed out the highlights of different pictures (including skype and us being together) on a word doc. The CO was really interested in our story like how do we know each other and how the long distance relationship developed. Lol
My wife was out in 10-15 minutes from the time of the interview with CO. Off-course, she had to wait for her turn.... read complete review
