Ok.. So here is me and my wife's tiring journey of immigration process. Thank God its going to be over soon. My wife had her interview on Aug 5th 2016 at Islamabad at 7:30 am. She reached embassy at 7:00 am. She had buy ticket for shuttle worth rupees 200. After passing through the security check at embassy she sat in a hall. There she waited for her turn. First they asked for fingerprints and then they called her to collect medical and supporting documents. Then after waiting for like 30-45 mins she was called for interview. Interview lasted for about 10 mins.This is some info about my life/case so it will be easier for you to make sense of the questions asked. I have been previously married, so they asked some questions about my ex. I also have children with my current wife who are in US now. I filed I-130 for my wife and all children but due to some complications my wife's petition took longer time, but our children's visas were approved, so they live with me in US. Asslam-o-Alaikum
Dear i have received refusal form from us embassy during interview under section 221g. Consular officer asked me to submit New joint sponsor because my current joint sponsor is not sufficient to support me. i have few question regarding submit new joint sponsor Affidavit support
1) i have to submit the newly signed affidavit support of petitioner again or just submit the new joint sponsor original Affidavit support

way i was scared and nervious going for my interview my visa officer was so polite in 5 mins i got my visa and i was out of consulate and same day got email of my visa dispatched it took me total 2 hours in consulate nice exprience i ill be back to sydney to complete my study i ill miss sydney and Australia thanks for making me feel welcome

hello to all,
First of all thanks to almighty ALLAH,
On 13th july i had a interview in islamabad embbassy at 12:30pm,its almost 3 hours process and the total timing of interview is 2 mins,consuler officer just ask few questions from my mother and didn't ask any proof of relationship from pittioner my father,
Our case type is I-730(benificiery of asylee),
We reached embbassy at 11:45am after the all security clearence,
We called just for 2 time on window first for documents and medical report collection,biometrics and 2nd for interview,
Me my sis and my mother was the benificiery,consuler officer didn't ask any thing from me and my sis,
Questions from consuler officer,
1 why ur husband filled for asylum in us,
2 when did ur husband enter in the us,
3 in which state ur husband residing in us,
At the end visa officer told this megical words,
