thank God, our visa was approved on the 12th of April. we had our first interview on the 15th of February but we were given a section 221g because we failed to provide phone records and e-mails from our petitioner. on the 12th of April, we handed it over and didn't spend up to 1hour at the embassy and our visa was approved with no further questions. we are so happy javascript:emoticon('')

Yes!!! I got approved today. Will be picking up my visa next week wednesday. The interview went very well. I was asked a few questions about my relationship with my wife and I provided wedding photos, phone and chat logs, etc. I went with 2 hefty bags and I kept bombarding the interviewer with document after document until he quickly pulled out a stamp and stamped 'approved'.

I ended by cracking a joke about finally being able to attend a Puddle of Mudd concert. Hahahaha! I will finally get to see a concert of my fav rock band with my wifey by my side. She isn't too keen on grunge rock but I'm dragging her along. Loooooolz

Our story:
My fiancé and I met when we were growing up in a small town, Delta State, Nigeria back in 1993. We lived in the same street as neighbors and became family friends.
In 1997 as a teen he left for the US as He is a Citizen and right then I was an infant. We reconnected in 2009 and met personally in Nov. 2010 and our romance began and here we are
First and foremost I want to give God praise for He proved His faithfulness again! And to all my wonderful friends on VJ u guys are the best God bless y’ all. Was a worthwhile experience at this Phase one of the Journey.
