My husband and my daughter went for their interview on April 17th of this year for their immigrant visa in Lagos nigeria nd the consular officer told him they will undergo Administrative processing to give them 60 days now it's more than 60 days we av not heared from them and anytime I check my status on CEAC it's say Ready wat does dat means.pls I need a reply.thanks.

Hello VJ Members,
I am thankful to God for our approval. Although this process felt like eternity and I sometimes wished we had just filed the I-129 Fiancé visa since it's a shorter processing time. After it all, we made the best decision.
My husband said they had asked him lots of questions which were very specific to the information we sent them. Basically I put in the hard work ahead of time by providing lots of information when submitting our I-130 application last year. I had created a word document consisting a timeline of our relationship with photos plus pages of call log both from AT&T and Vomoz (international calling card service I used), Skype call logs.
He answered every question in full confidence and accurately which impressed the CO. She asked to view more photos but the other additional documents he brought were not seen such as more more call logs.

Interview went well approved..Husband had a Lady consulate First question asked WHy did we marry in Ghana he explained ..Why didn't we do Traditional marriage he answered wife isn't from Nigeria only one has to go to the Girl home to do the traditional rites etc..How did we meet each other/How is my home and kind of car your wife drive..Asked to see pictures asked How many times wife has been to Nigeria...Visa approved..Picked up paasport and packet on the 4th business day all was ready..We are HAPPY>>>

It was a rainy morning on the Island so there was a bit of vehicular traffic around the consulate this was around 6:20am and i was scheduled for 7am late i was you would say.
i got down,from the car and briskly walked into the consular facility while my driver go through the checks
the line was already long and it didn't take long they started the first,checks
got past the first check at 6:45am at the second check we had briefs by,two gentlemen and,at that point we were splitted into IVs,and,NIVs.
this was where we had some wait time as,they were letting,the nivs in,for those with 6:30am appointment
they told us the Ivs to unseal the medical and,then at about 7:20 we got pass the second then,at the third,point we were made to,queue again,and,given, contact sheet and card sat down, and after 10mins got to the fourth,check by the fifth check i clocked b and got my ticket this was exactly 7:35
