My experience was a wonderful one and I give thanks to the almighty GOd, my interview was on the 30th dec 2014 7:am , I got to the embassy before 6am and sat somewhere till we were called to line up I was the first to get on the queue and then we where asked to open up the medical envelops and any other sealed doc. In our possession after the normal screening we where given a contact sheet to feel and an orange tag with numbers then ushered inside of the embassy. When I got inside I was asked to press a machine a collect another number which was used to call each person to submit photocopy of there marriage and birth certificate and the contact sheet n orange tag given to you outside with your international passport. After that I waited for almost an hour when my number popped up on the screen of a young Chinese looking male CO who was quiet nice to me. Well the questions I was asked were.
1. What is you name
2. Who petitioned for you
3. How did u meet h... read complete review

On November 5, 2014 my husband had his interview. I had only made one trip since the date of our marriage. We were given no explanation and we were placed on Admin Processing. I don't understand what is happening. We have an attorney, but she didn't frontload any of our most important documents that proves our bona fide relationship and we now are left with no help. I paid the attorney and she provides no follow=up regarding our case at this time. Interview details will posted later.
What did we do wrong? Anything? Nothing? I don't understand and I seem unable to obtain information regarding what is happening. We are about to spend our 2nd Christmas and 2nd Anniversary alone, yet again.
Help please with any advice or knowledge.

I am devastated. FRi. Dec. 5, My fiancee arrived for his interview and before he could even get past security and give them any documentation they handed him a revoked letter dated 3 days before his interview. If there were any issues that early why would they not let me the petitioner know? Now we are waiting for them to return the docs to USCIS so that we can know why they revoked it after it was approved and before they even interviewed.

Firstly I'll like to say thank you Lord for the divine favor in the K-1 visa interview at the US embassy in Lagos , Nigeria and to all the Members of the VJs . You guys are awesome 👍... Getting the k-1 approved was really really The Lord's doing . Having been denied a visa to see my love twice , I was really frustrated asking why they had to do that even when they're aware that we need to meet in person ..
Not to beat about te bush , my interview was a success only by the GRACE OF GOD cos I never expecte the questions I was asked . Below are the questions and I hope it helps but the right thing which I believed stimulated that was prayer ...
1. Who petitioned you ?
2. Where did you meet ?
3. When did you meet ?
4. How long have we known each other ?
5. Where was she given birth to ?
6. Have you met in person? How many times ?
7. Have I met her parents ?
8. What's her job ?
9. Does she have any... read complete review

Hubbys coming home! Lol. He had the interview today. He said he was called up and the interviewer looked at everything I sent and was overwhelmed looking for something to question him about...so he told my husband to sit back down while he went through it. When he was called up again..the guy still seemed overwhelmed but he asked my husband how we met...what he knew about my first marriage (hubby knew alot but he just told the guy my divorce date and the guy moved on) he then asked my husband about my life here in states. So my husband described my work hobbies family. He also wanted to kno if I was same religion as my husband. (We are)Then he said he was approved. After thinking about it my husband felt he was already approved before he walked in cause the questions seemed to be just a formality. Didnt seem like the answers really mattered to the interviewer. My husband also said tht when they were collecting paperwork from everyone...tht there were four men tht embassy didnt ask for p... read complete review
