I start by saying God be given all the Glory.
We started this heart blowing & blood pressure fiancé journey project September 6 2014, with filling of our I-129F.
Got there around 6.30am for my 7am interview on 27th August, 2015. I went through the conventional security checks until I got into the visa hall where I had the longest wait to be interviewed. The whole process lasted 5hours 15minutes for me while the interview by a young beautiful all smiles lady lasted for 7minutes. the general interview saw a lot approved but few denied. minute number on AP. for those I saw and witnessed.
The 7minutes interview:
CO: Good morning
ME: Good morning
CO: Who petitioned you?
ME: Gave her name
CO: Who is she to u?
ME: My fiancé
CO: How did u meet?
ME: Met 2ru her brother-in-law my friend
CO: How?
ME: When my fiancé's sister visited her husband in Nigeria
CO: When did u propose to her ... read complete review

My wife's interview at Lagos Consulate went perfectly well today. To God be the glory! My wife said the interview lasted for just about 5 minutes. Here are the questions asked:
-Where did you meet your husband?
-Have you or your husband been married before?
-Do you or your husband have kids?
-How did your husband get into the US?
-Where does he live?
-Does he live alone?
-What school did your husband attend in the US (I guess the CO asked this question because I was at the US embassy 5 years ago interviewing for a student visa).
Those were the questions asked but the CO asked for affidavit of support documents and my wife handed them to him. No other proof of relationship was asked apart from those sent to USCIS and NVC.
Overall, it was a nice interview and God took absolute control. I conducted series of mock interviews for my wife prior and sent many supporting documents but we knew God's intervent... read complete review

AFFIDAVIT OF SUPPORT QUESTION : please help!!!!
My fiancé interview is in 3weeks and we're yet to get someone for affidavit of support. However, I got someone yesterday that's willing to help but she has a criminal background ( a misdemeanor) she was asked to a pay monetary fine months back ( which she did) ( it's a less petty/minor crime) . She is currently off probation.
Now this is where it get sorta complicateD.......
She applied for her citizenship months back, went for her interview last week which she passed but they told her the misdemeanor is still on her record so she will have to be on probation ( meaning, she will have to wait till December ) for her to swear in and get her naturalization certificate/ apply for American passport.
( FYI: she has her green card which is fine. She has a good job n makes quite amount of money)
My question now is, can we still use her as a support because of her criminal ba... read complete review
