Absolutely the worst embassy the US has. The interviewer would ask a question and excuse herself to ask other interviewers questions. At one point asked my husband what color my roof is...he has never been in this country. Put us on Administrative Review stating it would be 6 - 12 months. Well that was over 12 months ago and all they will tell me and my Senators is it is in processing.

I just want to use this opportunity to thank everybody who in one way or the other helped us through this arduous journey. Our interview was on the 8th of April 2008.

She said the baby was hungry and since i was carring the food, they let her out to go and feed the baby.

Well, the drama began when they had to go back inside, the security idiots there refused to let her go in. Although she had a piece of blue paper. I went ballistic, the unfortunate theing was that I had previousl... read complete review

The lady was very courteous and professional. She asked for my fiance's place of employment, how long he had worked there and his position. She also asked how many times I have been denied Visitors visa and she printed the applications for those visa. She cross checked the dates with the dates in the DS 156. She noted why my 3 months daughter was not included in the petition and I showed her the US passport and that was it. She smiled and gave me a blue paper to come back 4/17/08 for pick up my visa. Very professional

Visa in Hand..I first of all want to Thank God for his favor and I want to encourage those still waiting. "Honesty is still the best Policy"
I guess serving in the Armed Forces of the United States has its perks.. the only question my wife to be was asked are
Quest..what is his occupation
what does he do in the military
Did you have any kind of ceremony here in Nigeria
Congratulations ..come and pick the visa next wed..
SO needless to say I am Happy..
I encourage any one reading this still awaiting a visa interview. having in mind
"that a big percent of the marriages are staged just for papers..if you were the embassy of the united states what will it take to convince you that you are for real not staged..
"Its better to have supporting evidence and not need it there than to need it there and not have it" I wish the favor God showed me on you
