My Fiance got to the Consulate Office at 6AM, there was a queue but they got called based on their interview time. He said the lady asked him basic questions such as:
- When did you meet?
- Where?
- Where do yo plan to get married?
- How does your family feel about it?
The interview did not last long, she was straight to the point. She told him his visa would be ready in a week and asked who would be picking it up.
We thank God for a successful interview! We have waited to be together for a while and finally we see an end to this struggle. Good luck to you and yours!

It was a bitter but at last sweet experience at the lagos consulate. Its myself and my wife. We went to lagos from abuja up to 4 times for various interview including administrative processing but we thank God that we got it at last. Lagos embassy is very much organised.

My fiance arrived around 6:30am for his 7am appointment. He had been rescheduled from June to now so his name was on the list. He said he waited until about 11am and they called him in. Asked very few questions because it was very obvious our relationship is legit. He said many people didn't have evidence or correct papers which is important. After brief questioning they said he was approved and to collect his visa next week!
