My spouse arrived at the consulate at 6 am. Her appointment is 7 am. Went through security check. She was issued a number after collecting her medical result, passport, etc. The CO was an African American who was friendly. She was asked the following questions:
When did both of u get married?
How did both of u meet?
What type of wedding did you have?
What did your spouse do for a living?
Where do your spouse work?
The CO asked for the pictures. He asked my spouse about the people that were in the pictures and she told him that they are my cousins. The CO also asked for the phone logs and was stunned to see that me and my spouse called each other twice or thrice a day. My spouse told him that we like to hear each others voice. After going through the call log, he told her that her visa has been approved. The CO issued her a paper showing the address of the place where she should pick up her visa next Wednesday.

I give God all the glory, for He has done for my family. This whole process has been hard, but God is and will always be faithful. There is nothing impossible for Him to do. Just Pray and believe and it’s done in Jesus name. Amen
Interview date- 10/24/12 10AM Lagos embassy, Nigeria
My Husband arrived at the parking lot at 1001AM. He went up to the line. There were still people on the line. They ushered them in and through security pass. The police officer said he had too much luggage. He told them they were evidence for the interview.
He was moved on to pre interview. The lady collected his passport and medical papers and asked him how long you guys have been together. He told him, since childhood. She said can you show a picture of both of you in your child hood days, he said No but he had other pictures of us. The lady said “I understand.”
He was given a number for the real interview. He sat and waited for a while, and he was called to the wi... read complete review

Her interview date was Wednesday October 17 at 7:00 AM. I sent a confirmation e-mail for the date on October 10 and got a confirmation reply. Since we only met once and had only one picture together prior to filling I129F, I decided to make a quick trip to Lagos to get some more pictures as well as help her prepare.
We arrived close to 6:45 AM (touts close to the airport condemned her passport photos because she had neckles and ear rings on the one we stapled to the application. They basically made her take a new picture. We found out at the embassy that it did not make a difference).
My baby went in in the mad rush and forgot to open her medical envelop when it was announced. She also left her money in the bag she asked me to hold. Once inside, they asked her to go out and open the envelop, which she did, but when it was her turn to pay, she discovered she don't have her money. She was asked to wait for the 10 AM interview time-slot...this was disa... read complete review

I got to the embassy at around 6:30am, I waited under the tree for over 3 hours. Then I join the line by 10 am, I went through the first check point. There were three ladies sitting at that table. She collected my passport and letter and searched for my name, after she located my name, she then give me a slip paper to fill and I was asked to meet with the security. I went through three security check points and at the last point was where I picked a number which was a wild one, B419 I never notice the number at first until I sat down. That was when I looked at my number and it was B419, immediately remembering my wife did share a lady testimony to me about how she pick the same number and at the end of the day she was approve. I key myself into her testimony and claim my own approval also. I sat down at the interview room by 10:36 am. My name was call by a woman like 10 minutes after where I was asked to submit my passport and the slip I was given at the first entrance to fill, so I han... read complete review
