The journey of 6 yrs has been changed for greatness. Alleluyah!!! Thank you Jesus...This could be you and only you. Love you lord!!! As posted on my fiancee's Facebook wall. We have been in this relationship for over 6 years now and Glory to God we are finally getting together after the approval of the K1 visa at the US Embassy Lagos.
The K1 petition Journey started October 2012 and was finally approved 29th of may. To cut the long story short, I had my interview this morning(07-08-2013) at 7:00.
I did not have a place to stay on the Island so I had to hang with a friend at Ogudu who went to drop me at the embassy we left his house around 4:00am. We got to the around some minutes to 5 and I already met some people waiting at the embassy for there interview(Different visa categories).

First of all, I and my family give thanks to our God that cannot fail, and we want to to say a very big thank you to very support on here, I might not ask questions, but I learnt a lot and have advice friends wanting to migrate to the US about how informative this site is. Thank you so very much.
My appointment was for 7am and I got there 6:05am, at 6:15am they called for imigrant visa for 7 and non imigrant for 6:30. At 6:45am we finally where been called in. To short the long but eventful day short.
I was in the waiting room with others for more than Four hours, at a point a guy was been interviewed for more than an hour by an old American man, the man is very lenient, using every opportunity to help the man understand his questions.
When it was 11:43, my number shows up and it was from this same old man, he had conducted 4 interviews and 1 person was not approved, and the last person spent 25 mins with him (they are two people, guess the... read complete review

I haven't stop thanking God... My interview was Wednesday, I got to d embassy 4am (I was d 1st person)waited till 5am before people started coming, 6am d process started and I got interviewed 10am by d chief immigrant officer a lady wit just 4questions when did my fiancé travelled? When did we meet and where? Where does he work and what he's role? Does he stay alone? I answed all questions and she gave me d address of where to pick my visa in 2wks...pls for those of you still going thru dis process pls kn ur love one in n out cos u nva kn what u may b asked then pray pray and keep praying!!! Those that put their trust in God shall not be forsaken.....Who is like unto this God?
God made it a super easy interview this morning and my Visa was approved under 2mins,yea 2mins.....I am sure my TL is confusing to most of you here but started our journey Aug 1 2011 and finally approved today July 15 2013. We started out as F2A and then moved to CR1 when Wifey Naturalized fully April 17 this year.
I was interviewed by white male in his early 30s
He asked me the following questions.....
1.Who filed for you
2.How long has she been in the United states
3,How did she get to the US
4.What does she do
That was it,No single additional proof asked and then ......APPROVED!
If you by any chance stumble on this post and you're still in the process,when at NVC please front load,they usually decide before you even walk up to them.
