Late review but still a review,
interview was set for august 12th, arrived august 10th from durango mexico to have a couple of days to do everything. planned to just walk in at the clinic and test our luck but immediately upon arriving at the bus station there was a woman from the clinica medica internaccional offering brochures/info etc. we took advantage and scheduled an appointment right then and there for around 10am. we got a taxi, went straight to the clinic.
everything went smoothly, i helped my fiance fill out his information on the clipboard then he was sent to sit in a different section, he maybe waited half and hour before he was called in with others to go to another building. i waited for him in the first building for maybe 2 hours but being almost 8 months pregnant it felt like an absolute eternity. he eventually appeared again, they told him to return the next day for his results. *good thing we prepared for this with arriving a couple days... read complete review

The C.O. was very kind, asked the following questions:
-How did you meet your fiance?
-What are the plans for wedding?
-How do you communicate? In which language?
-Does he speak spanish?
They asked for official documents, pay stubs and tax return. Did not ask for pictures or plane tickets. The C.O. had an assistant, after reviewing documents and information on the screen they notified my visa was approved and gave me instructions to following steps.

Here goes probably the most detailed review! I found the reviews on here really helpful as we were preparing for the trip but I’m also such an organization freak and was so anxious that there were so many little details I was worried about. So in hopes that this will help someone like me in the future I’m going to write about our experiences as they happen each day and are still fresh.
Sunday 1-17:
I flew from Seattle to Guadalajara and arrived Sunday morning at 6:00. Cris got there an hour later. Our flight to Juarez was at 9:40. We waited in line to check in for about an hour (VivaAerobus) and then were ready to go! We got to Juarez at about 11:00 (local time). Waited probably like another hour for our luggage. The airport is tiny. There were only two carousels for baggage claim. But once we got that we were out quickly. Found the taxi booth and paid about 280 for a cab to Hotel Ibis. It was a pretty quick ride. Check in at Hotel Ibis is at 15:00 so we were ... read complete review

My husban and i arrived cuidad juarez on 1/7/16. We rested that day fron our aggitated trip. I came on a greyhound from los angeles to el paso tx due to no flight were available to bring me straight to ciudad juarez. (Worst experience ever. They were all rude. Not one of them were nice and informative.) Upon my arrival i walked across the border. It was easy peasy. They hard 50.cent to cross and i took a taxi for 200 to the hotel. My husband was alredy in mexico visiting his family. He flew in on the vivaaerobus real economical airline we only paid 97 dollars.
We are currently staying in the hotel el conquistador its fairly close to the medical clinics, biometric office and consulate.
On 1/8/2016 my husband had his medical exam done in clinica medica de la frontera(not sure of the name, but it was the 3rd clinic onnthe street) we scheduled the appointment on there website at 6 am to avoid it interfiring with the biometics appointment he had at 2:30pm.
