Despite a little wait time in the seating area, the interview was uneventful and routine. Nothing too serious. The guy seemed like he was just going through the motions, albeit very pleasantly. I had heard that these guys can typically tell what the deal it within 30 seconds of seeing people, and it really seemed like that. He took one look at us and seemed satisfied, but had to go through the questions. I suspect this experience varies dramatically depending on the country, though. Not sure it would have gone as smoothly in Afghanistan, for example.

Arrived first thing in the morning. Waited about an hour before the interview began. The interview itself only lasted 2-3 minutes and the interview questions were straightforward.

Interview was actually very short, but waiting until to be called was ....just killing me. I think waiting hour was about close to three hours and they make u to go back and forth for making sure you have everything they ask you to have and verify. They go through every evidence of proof of relationship and ask if they aren't sure of something.
Interviewer was speaking english and if you need someone speaks Korean, there will be a person helps you out.

The lady was very kind and helpful. My wife had forgotten to have one of the documents notarized, but they allowed us to have it notarized and faxed over to the office and we were given our visa approval. One drawback, was everytime my wife called from America, the people answering the phone spoke very limited English.
