The interview lasted about 10 minutes. They asked my wife if I am a citizen? How many kids do I have? Where is she planning to live? When did we get married? What date was my divorce from ex wife was? Then the CO told her to go back to the waiting room. They called my wife to the window and told her she needs a joint sponsor. The faster we submit the documents the faster she gets visa. She was put in AP for 5 days. We gave in the documents on the 17th. We checked the ceac website and it said visa issued. We picked it up 2 days later and booked tickets.

The experience was very very good. I attended the interview with my fiancé and I was allowed in the area to wait with him. He asked what "this" date is and my fiancé knew he was referring to my birthday. The officer said ok and to take a seat. After another 90 minutes, the consular officer called my fiancé back to the window. She asked where is your fiancé now and he turned and pointed to me so she asked me to join him at the window. She asked about how we met and a funny story I included in my original petition (which is truly why we are together today). I was embarrassed and blushed, she laughed. She asked me a few more questions and then asked my fiancé what work/study intentions he had once arriving in the United States. The interview was about 5 minutes ,i attended the interview with him , the officer took my fiance finger print then asked my fiance 4 questions 1_ where does your fiancee work ?
2_where does she live ? 3_How did you meet ? 4_Have you ever been in the states ?
After he answered all questions the officer told him that all the papers are good and gave him a paper that has his rights as an immigrant in the states , he congratulated him then we left , the whole waiting time was about 3 hours but the interview was 5 minutes .
