That was very busy at Embassy but I did't take time than I expected.
I brought my health exam result to the embassy but my doctor forgot his signature but Embassy stuff said you could done your interview today.
Embassy stuff was nice.
so I talked hospital and they understood their mistake. They sent my document to embassy directly.
I don't know how much take to send document but I got my passport only in two weeks after interview javascript:emoticon(' ')

The interview was smoothe.
Questions are:
When is your marriage?
who is your joint sponsor?
When and where you guys meet?
Have your husband ever lived in Japan?
What do you like about your husband?
Have you meet your husband's parents?
Have your hasband meet your parents?
How many siblings does your husband have?
Best of luck to everyone!!!

In at 8:30, out before lunch. The interviewer spoke a little too quickly and had to repeat some questions in order to be understood. Approved.

Two follow-up items regarding the US Embassy in Tokyo:
My fiance said it was COLD inside! He wish he had brought a jacket or sweater, despite the summer heat outside. He was practically shivering for three hours...
His interview was on Tue 5 July and he got his passport/visa back via Japan Post this morning—less than 48 hours from his interview! (He lives in Tokyo, though.)

My fiance had his K-1 visa interview today and was approved!
The process took nearly 3 hours. He got to the Embassy 30 minutes early just to make sure he knew where to go and to allow for any delays. Once through security, he waited an hour to submit his documents, then waited another 10 minutes for fingerprinting, then nearly an hour and a half for his actual interview. He said only 2 or 3 interviewers were working.
When he was called up he was initially asked very few questions: how we met, why we decided to get married, if we had met each other's families, what our wedding plans are.
The interviewer was not as friendly as others have reported here but he was not rude or intimidating either. He congratulated my fiance and told him he would receive his passport and visa by Friday or Monday. Whew!!!!!
