Interview Date 01.25.2016. First off I would like to thank VisaJourney and the many people that have given guidance, inspiration & advice!!! If one is diligent and does their homework, it does not require an attorney. We did learn a few things along the way that might help. File for the Police Certificate and the Certificate of No Impediment as soon as you can. We had to postpone twice because they were not ready. Some of the questions were:
How did we meet?
Our ages?
How often do we talk/communicate?
Where do I work in the States?
Asked my daughter to be "was she excited to come to the U.S.?"
They did not even look at the big notebook of "evidence" I had delivered this August. I AM SO PROUD OF MY ANDREA AND OUT KIDS. APPROVED.javascript:emoticon(' ')
Waiting on the visa now. Thank you all for your help!!! Jay

I had my interview on January 29th, even though I have been nervous the entire week and on the day of the interview I think it's now safe to say it was an excellent interview.
I arrives at the embassy around 8:30 am and my ds160 was checked along with my passport and appointment letter. The line wasnt very long.
As I was going through security checks I was ask to leave and rejoin the line because I though it was ok to take my own fruits on the inside.
So WARNING!! No food and I mean none. NI gadgets, no lipgloss, lotion, etc.
So after going back through security checki was allowed to proceed to another door and because this is a filing case I was ushered to the front I was given a number and I was told to go on the inside to have a seat.
I met a really nice friend on here we had our interview on the same day so it was excellent that I had someone to chat withm. I waited for my number to be called and I proceeded to the first window where they asked f... read complete review

INTERVIEW WAS JAN 14 NOT 13
Had 7:30 appointment. Arrived at the embassy about 6:45. Got called up to the first window about 7:30 for finger-printing, police certificate, passport and photos. Sat back down for about 20 minutes before called up for the interview. A nice gentleman was at the window. First he told my wife to raise her right hand and swear and took her fingerprints, He then asked my wife who i was and who the child was and asked if i did the filing. He then said to me "Thank you sir for coming" He asked my wife the following:
*What kind of work do you do?
*How did you meet your husband?
*What date did you meet your husband?
*What made you want to marry your husband?
He then asked me:
*What type of work I do?
*How many kids I have?
*Have I ever been married?
He then asked how long I will be in Jamaica, I told him and he asked when I expect my wife to come to the US, I told ... read complete review
