The interview went well; however, the medical did not. He was giving one year. The petition will resume Dec 2020.

***DISCLAIMER THIS CASE WAS EXPEDITED***
We arrived to the Embassy for our interview at 645 for an 815 appointment. Were sectioned in to groups and provided the information on what is and is not allowed. We were not allowed to bring in a backpack, but women are allowed to carry a purse. So if you are carrying a purse you can carry something convenient enough to hold your documents.
When we arrived to the second group our paperwork was reviewed and at that time we showed our appointment confirmation email stating that our appointment was on December 20th. Once they found our names on the list they scratched us off. We proceeded to security and in to one more line. At this time it must have been 700. Approached the lady at the counter with our documents and she asks for our interview letter. Today, my fiancé and I had a long but pleasant experience at the Jamaica Embassy location. We were approved for our Visa and happened to be the last ones standing. It was worth the wait and our consular was very pleasant and great to work with.

Was asked how we met, how long we've been together and how many times we've visited each other. They didn't bother to ask for the photos or to review the packet we brought along (I'm assuming due to the amount of detail/evidence we provided previously to NVC). They also asked for a waiver document we obtained several months ago. It was a very brief interview and we were approved within minutes. The man was friendly and very straight to the point, we should have the passport back within 7-10 business days.
