Hello all my fellow VJ Ghana members! A little background on our relationship before I give the review-- We met in mid- August 2012 through a mutual friend I was living with here in Ghana. I hate to sound corny but he, I knew, was THE ONE for me after spending a few weeks with him. I booked another ticket to Ghana and in December 2012 went back and spent about 5 weeks with him. Went again in May for 6 weeks, I filed the 129F upon my return home. Am currently in Ghana now, arrived about a week before the interview. I came the 6th of December, interview was on Monday the 16th. This will be a VERY detailed and long review, the detailed ones in the past I have read have helped me/us out SOOOOOO much, I want to do the same for others

My fiancee had her successful interview on 10/24/2013. Since she had been denied twice for visit and student visas, I din't want to take any chances so I flew to Ghana to go with her. I must say that it is an added bonus if the petitioner can also go to the interview. Her appointment time was 7.30am so by 6.30am we were at the embassy and they started allowing us in right after 7am. Since I was with her, I decided to take charge of the whole process. She was the third person to be called. First she was called to the window 2 where a Ghanaian lady asked her to submit all the documents she brought. I was holding everything in a file so I took all of them out and gave them to her. She asked me if I was the petitioner and I replied yes so she wrote something on our file. She then started going through the documents but to my amazement, she started giving some back to me. Documents like my bank statement, tax transcripts, employment letter and phone bills were all returned with the explanat... read complete review
