I'm the us citizen and I went with my wife and our 14month old son. I surprised my wife 5days before with this trip.💕.
So this is it: From reading other posts, you get the beginning things. No need to repeat. We got called to three windows during our process. Finally got to the person I believe to be KM. WE HAD SUBMITTED OUR STASH FIRST to a lady who complained we wanted to break her shoulders with all of our evidence. YES! lol Several indications told us that we will get it. We were one of only 4 families/applicants waiting last. At 12:30pm all of them were handed their passports and told to come back after 1pm after theyve had their lunch. We were the only folk not told to. After moving closer to the interview Windows side of the seating arrangement, The lady giving back passports saw us and she called my wife and asked her name, as soon as my wife said her name, she signaled for her to sit and wait. Hello everyone, please not sure if this is where I shld paste this but I need advice.my k 1 visa interview is coming up soon in some few weeks...
This is my case..
Been dating my fiance for 3 years now..though he was married in the US but separated but jux got divorced. We v a 2 years old son together.he was married for almost five years but his ex wife in question did not want to have a baby for him so eventually dey got divorced last year. I v also been married before but got divorced coz I had issues with my ex husband and my son.now my fiance has filed for k 1 visa for both myself n his son.
Hes also coming down for us to aattend the interview together.
What r our chances
Wat shld we expect
the supporting doc we have in question are;
Pictures of us together, our son n some friends, pictures of me n his family
western union receipts
phone records
Receipts from weddin venue reservation

Someone please help me. Actually how many pages of conversation transcription are you supposed to send? I recently went to the library to see how many conversations we had and it's way over 2,000 pages, am I supposed to submit 2,000 pages? Thank you

Good day everyone, I want to share my experience with you all so I can get the best possible advice. Well for a start I just got to know about this site today and wish I knew about it earlier. I went for my interview last week and the co just denied me and said she was sending my case back to usa. I have three kids with my husband ranging from 17,15 and 13. His reason for denying me was why we waited that long before getting married and that I was only interest in traveling not marriage. I am so broken now and so confused as what to do next. we had three kids before he travelled to the states and we separated but after so many years he came back to file for my kids and it was successful.now he asked me to marry him which I did and after everything I got denied. What can I proof to let the officer believe this story

Hello everyone, I had my medicals done at Akai and it wasn't a good experience ,most of the male nurses are not polite and when I got to see the doctor who was quiet old,he asked me if I understand english👿👿👿, well I completed the medicals anyway but wished I went to holy trinity instead.
