Review Topic: IR-1/CR-1 Visa

Me and my wife got married in 2014 and we filled for a K1 petition but I was denied for the Visa and CO gave me 221(g) letter. My wife came to Ghana and we spend time together and she left back to the states and made a lawyer help us with the CR1 petition. Just last week I was been denied again and CO looked inside my face and said I married my wife because I want to immigrate to the states so she will return my case for it to be cancelled . Ghanaian must get together and do something because we don't have to accept some decisions they make especially when you met you spouse online. If you marry someone when she first visit it's a red flag it makes no sense. But we have tried a K1 and CR1 and now don't know what to do next. It hurt that people who are in love the embassy makes distance come between them. I told the CO God will ask her because of this decision she made. I don't know if we have chances to reapply again or we should wait and Appeal. Which one will help our case better for... read complete review

My husband arrived at embassy on time and did all the formalities like checking in and all that I cant give you all times because he is annoyed and don't care to give these details to me and I don't want us to fall out over this so I just have so sum up the beginning part of the process this way.

He gave paper work to the person who calls you up and asked for your medical and police stuff and any evidence . He sat down for about 45 minutes so he told me like I said he don't care about this update stuff I do.

After that he said we was called up and the Co was a white male that asked him 3 questions I confirmed with my husband to make sure it was just 3 questions because at this point I was getting up set with him I have bust my but to fight for us with all the visits, evidence I put together, support over years I sent, getting letters from pastor, my doctor who will deliver our baby in November Lord willing and than he wa... read complete review

Review Topic: F-2A Visa

Contrary to most of the comments I read about Ghana, my interview was a very smooth one. From the security outside to main interview everyone was very nice and pleasant to talk to.
For my case we didn't front load much so I was pretty nervous because most people getting approved from Ghana says the front loaded. For me what I did was I meticulously arranged all our documents into clear plastic folders with labels and content. Everything was carefully done. The man taking my documents asked for all the evidence I had on me. He took everything
1.chat records from watsapp since 2013
2.Facebook chats
3.moneygram transfer
4.photo album n.b.every picture was labeled

My interview didn't follow any pattern I read here. Only the first question how we met.
Then questions about my high sch my wifes high school
Who accompanied me to knocking ceremony
How many kids my fad has.
The church I attend, my wife's church.
