The Ghana consulate have made their mind they will break marriage apart and the pain they making some real marriage going through. It's only God who will judge but not what they think. After taking every evidence and been married for 3 years what do yo mean by I married my wife because I want to immigrate to USA. Most decisions they make here in Ghana it seems no one can do anything but God will ask them for making real people in love fall apart and hurt because of distance and waiting.. You will wait for so long to join your spouse and the CO will use 5mins to decide and destroy. They don't do that to other country but Africans especially Ghana. I will not understand why I got denied till God arise and make a change. Something must change and I know there are most Ghanaians who have been denied when it comes to CR1 visa but they can't complain..With one voice a change can happen.

Others want to know how and when they read the chats and other evidence. Well when you get inside, you sit down and they call you to submit your police report, Medical and your proof of relationship and other evidence. Then they make you sit down for about 30 minutes or 45 minutes. Then they take it to the back. That's when they go through your stuff. Please don't waste time in convincing them of your genuine relationship. That's why you have to put important information and pictures on top. The questions mostly depends on what they find in your evidence and stuff. Or maybe if they found something aside what you sent.
Another very very important issue i forgot to add, please if your partner married someone for their greencard/citizenship, please go prepared because they will definitely bring it up. Oh yeah especially if they were white or black Americans you're partner married before. It looks like it pisses them off. Not to scared anyone but I didn't want any of you to be ... read complete review

I read over my review and noticed I made few errors.
Highlight important conversations. Put time/date and topic being discussed. Put important conversations on top and label them. It does matter if it's not in order. So far as they're all labeled nicely. Put exclusive pictures on top. Like kissing/in bed /road trips on top of the album. Their main focus is evidence of genuine relationship. These consulars are unpredictable. You can't read their mood or their thoughts. Focus on your evidence and your answers to their questions.i bought the printer for $39 not $49. . I can't stress enough on organizing your evidence nicely. Label/highlight dates/time and or topics being discussed. We were asked just two questions. How we met and why we didn't file early. Please on the second question find better answer for them. Don't look/ sound desperate to travel. Yes they do read the chats and look at the pictures and other evidence. I will add anything that comes to my mind

How to have a successful interview in Ghana
1. Build enough evidence. Don't be cheap. Print everything you have to support your marriage/relationship. My personal advise, I bought a printer at Walmart for $49 and bought 2 500 papers for like $7 and printed everything myself instead of going to staples or Internet cafe in Ghana. It's cheaper that way.
2. Put important conversations and exclusive pictures on top of you're evidence. Don't let the consulars look for them
3. High important/necessary conversations to make the consulars job easier
4. Label each conversation with date /time/and or the topic being discussed
5. Go prepared mentally and physically.
6. Understand each case is unique. Worry about your own case and what questions others were asked or what happened to others during their interview
7. Make the consulars job easier for them. Arrange you files and folders and label them. It's very important. You don't want to piss t... read complete review
