My fiance' had a very good experience with the Embassy in Ghana. He was in there for a total of 7 hours, and was asked very basic questions.
Who filed the petition for him?
How we met?
How old I am?
How many times I had visited him?
He had a picture of me from when I was 5 years old I gave him as a joke, and he put it in with his evidence. The consular laughed when he saw it, and said "I am approving your visa! You can pick it up in 2 weeks."
He took a lot of evidence, and the guy didn't look through much just skimmed through it. Overall he had a a very good experience, and said the consular was very nice, and approachable.

All the Glory to God Almighty, finally the wait is over and God indeed favored me.
Went for my interview today 22nd January 2019 at 7:30 am and was approved. Got to the embassy at 6:20 and waited at the roundabout. At 7:00 am the embassy secrity personels came to call us, checked our invitation card and DS 260 confirmation page. Went through the scan and security checks. Inside the hall, i waited for my turn to submit my document. The beautiful Ghanaian lady asked for:
1 Passport
2 Passport photographs
3 Original birth certificate
4 Original Marriage Certificate
5 Police Report
6 Medical Report
Then went to have a sit to be called for the main interview.
Below were questions asked but it was more of a conversation.
1 who petitioned for you
2 where does my husband live
3 Was he or i ever married before
4 Do we have kids together or with anyone else
5 How did we ge... read complete review

Ok, So my interview was scheduled for 7:30am on the 20/12/18. Arrived at the embassy by 5am and slept in the car for 1hour. By 6:30 we were called to form a queue and one by one we were checked and allowed to enter into the consular section. Ironically, my name was the last name on the list and I was the very first person to be interviewed that day. Immediately we were ushered into the room and got seated, I was called to window 9. A very nice and sweet Ghanaian lady with all smiles asked how I was doing and then requested to have the originals of my marriage cert, medicals, Police report, birth cert, 2passport pictures, photo album and the original birth certs of our 3 kids. She asked if i had any other prove of relationship to add, i said yes and added my employers health insurance coverage for myself,my wife and our 3 kids, she then asked me to have a seat. In about 10minutes I was called to window 7 for the actual interview by a very young lady(mid-late 20s) with an expressionless ... read complete review

My finacee had a successful interview at the Accra Embassy. His appointment was at 7:30am and arrived to the embassy at 6:30am. He said that many visa applicants were turned away from the entrance if they did not have their confirmation code from making the interview. Don't forget this important piece of paper! Once inside he was without phone or usb and waited for 5 hours in a lobby area. He handed all important materials to an officer prior to being called to a window, where he had an FSO in his mid-forties. The officer already had our original I-129F application and evidence in front of him and asked for specific pieces of information from the P3 that my fiancee brought with him, particularly the photos, call logs and whats app chats. He did not take the I-134 form or financial evidence ironically. He then asked him the following questions: (1) have you ever been married? (2) has your fiance ever been married? (3) Do you have any kids? (4) does she have any kids? (5) have ... read complete review
