We prepared and put together all our documents. It was basically 3 things: Whatsapp screenshots, imessage printouts and photo albums.
Our wedding was a simple civil marriage ceremony in the judge's office with 10 people in total. No church wedding. No refreshments. No ayefro dondo bill to pay. Just 10 people in the judge's office including the judge and his secretary.
The consular's name was Maureen. I think this is the K.M. lady that other people have had so many bad experiences with.
She basically gave back all our evidence. She only kept the pictures that that had handwritten descriptions under them.
Then the questions followed:
How many brothers does your wife have?
How many sisters?
How many of them live at home?
Where does the dad work?
How long has he been working there?
How about the mom? Where does she work?
Are they still married?
How long have they been married... read complete review

Don't understand what's going on at the embassy in Accra but like LNE said on December 7, my fiance went to his interview today, December 9 and all persons that arrived were rescheduled to February 23, 2016. The explanation is "due to technical difficulties" 3 days Of technical difficulties? I wonder if this delay is related to all the uproar about immigration going on in the USA and the terrorist attacks that have been increasing all over the world. My heart is so sad but we have to keep our faith in God that there is a good purpose behind all this. Kofi's response to it, "Hey baby now we will have more chats to print out for them." Oh my man does know how to keep a positive attitude!!

My husband arrived at 6am today for his interview. At 730am everyone was let into the building. They all sat until approximately 1030am. At that point someone from the embassy came to the counter and informed everyone there were technical issues and they were all rescheduled for an interview on February 8, 2016. Very frustrated!
