The interview went well. As already explain you only need to come at the time of your appointment. You have security before and they check your name and take the document you need to have. It seems that I have too much documents. The first desk was linked to check if I have all documents and make sure they are not mistakes on names dates and so on. After you are waiting a couple of minutes for the second interview on other desk. Here the man ask couple of question, I guess since we have been married for ten years it didn't went to much and how we meet there or how was our wedding. the only question we never saw here on visa journey was why do you want to move in US after 10 years in France ? Hi there! :D
Had my interview today at 9AM. As everybody said before, they made us wait across the street. As I was there super early, I waited in the park to clear my head a bit. I went back there around 8:50 which was a pretty good idea since they were calling for 9AM appointments exactly when I showed up =P I went through the first security check and then a lady asked for my medical sealed envelope, my passport, my DS-160 confirmation page and my police certificate. She put them all together, gave them back to me and told me to keep going. Once inside, there was a second security check, I had to leave there my phone (got a badge with a number to get it back later).
Got inside, followed the “visa†signs and got in line with other people. At least 6 or 7 were before me. I waited something like half an hour at least. After that I finally got to see someone. She took my fingerprints and my documents (the medical sealed envelope, my passport, the... read complete review

According to what my fiance said, he went in during his scheduled appointment time. It was on a Wednesday, we had less than a week to prepare. They didn't ask for an Affidavit of Support, everything was quick. They asked how we met, what I did for a living, how long we have been together. Then they told him he was approved. The whole process took him around 3 hours, because he had to also leave the embassy to go get his picture taken at a nearby place.
