The inverview went pretty well, we got there like at 6 am and at 10 we were already at home. The officer (a lady) asked my boyfriend a lot of questions, how we met, when did we decide to get married, when are we getting married, if i was working or studying, who do i live with and where are we going to live after we get married, where is my mom working at, if our parents know each other, where is my fiance going to work once he gets here, etc... at the end she told him that everything was correct and to come back the following day to pick up the visa, and so we did.

I spoke with him yesterday and he said they let everyone in about 8am and then he had to hand in all the paperwork to be checked and the bottom half of the DS-156K was filled out for him and he had to sign infront of the employ checking the paperwork and then took his fingerprints. Also, in that letter I accidentally wrote the word husband instead of fiance and they... read complete review

Like everything in Cuba, there are long lines to wait. But the interview was very easy because i was there and had all forms fill out and much evidence of our relationship. I recommend that both be at the interview.
