Our appointment was at 12pm and we got there at 11:30am. We waited outside until about 11:50 when they started letting people in. There was already a line formed so I suggest getting there early to be first in line. There was one person ahead of us in line for residency interviews.

We were called to a window and basically stood there and watched a slim guy in glasses staple and organize our papers for about 30-40 minutes. He asked for proof that we filled the online DS-260 (the confirmation page). He asked us a few questions "when did you get married?", "when/where did you meet?" (everything in Spanish) We gave the whole story of how we met up until now. He asked us for supporting evidence of the relationship and I began pulling a ton of info out of my folders. He eventually said "that should be plenty" The same went for evidence of domicile. My husband also had to fill out a form of everywhere he's lived for over six months since the ago of 18. And we had to ... read complete review

THE INTERVIEW WENT VERY SMOOTH.WE WERE ASKED ABOUT 5 GENERAL QUESTIONS ABOUT OUR RELATIONSHIP BY A NICE POLITE LADY. THEN WE PAID THE VISA FEE, WAITED ABOUT 10 MINUTES AND THEN WE WERE INTERVIEWED BY THE CO. HE WAS EXTREMELY NICE AND FRIENDLY. HE ASKED US ABOUT HOW WE MET, WHAT HAPPENED AFTER, WHEN WE WERE PLANNING TO GET MARRIED AND ASKED ABOUT A COUPLE OF PICTURES. THEN HE CONGRATULATED US !!! THANK YOU VISA JOURNEY FOR THE HELP PROVIDED. WE FOLLOWED THE INSTRUCTIONS CORRECTLY AND EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT !!!GOD BLESS THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA !!!

We arrived an hour early for my fiance's appointment, so we decided to wait across the street in a strip mall until the time got closer. We went in 15 minutes early and were directed to take a number for the K visas and to wait in chairs outside with other petitioners/beneficiaries. Around noon, we were allowed in to the building for the interviews. The process went smoothly, mainly because we had all of our forms filled out correctly and in the correct order (thank you, visajourney!). The first secretary to take our papers was friendly enough, and asked us how we met, where, and what I thought of my fiance at first. She asked about our wedding plans and where he would be living. The cashier was late coming back from lunch, so we had to wait another 20 minutes or so for her to come back and to pay the visa fee before finishing with the first interview with the cashier. Then, we waited again for the interview with the CO. He was super friendly, and asked us a lot of the same questions t... read complete review

Had two reviewing officers in this "bank teller" process. Questions were all exactly as provided from others on the internet. The first officer was pushy for and did not offer to return original documents. After this, we had to wait for the cashier who was 20 minutes late from lunch. Finally the last counselor was US and was friendly and delivered the good news. The passports were to be picked up the following week.
