Very well, we all, the visa beneficiaries, entered the embassy at 6:30 am and everyone at the embassy was very pleasant and nice. It seems as if people with this type of visa were treated much better than others. We started staying in line 3, and then we all got some green stickers. At this point, we were told to go to kind of cubicle.
While waiting in line there, one of the receptionist handed us a folder indicating what order we should place all our documents. Be careful, for the form DS-230 must be there too. One thing here is that the vaccination worksheet are not needed, for it is already in the documents sent by the doctor; however, I was carrying it just in case.
After one and half hour of waiting, people were called to hand out the folder with all the documents in order. By the way, the young woman at the window was not in her best behavior to say the least. My fiance and I had to re-schedule our interview date, due to the loss of important documents for this process. Our next interview date is on the third week of June... The Colombian Embassy and the Consul were very proffesional and acted very responsable during our situation. Thank you United States Consul in Colombia for your help and understanding within this matter.

I had a great experience at the Embassy. Everyone was serious but polite. The whole thing was pretty quick. We arrived at 6:40am and were done before 11:00. There was a lot of waiting, but the time went by quickly.

Although people at the embassy are really nice(not like before), TAKE YOUR FIANCE WITH YOU. I guess my visa is on hold, since the consul wasn't convinced about our relation (she didn't even look at the new evidence) and sugested to bring my fiance for an interview..... She stayed with my passport as well!

The lady that interviewed Karol was very nice and professional; however, she was not convinced of our relationship and kindly requested my appearance. So I showed up one week later and after a few questions with the same lady, she approved the visa. Even though the visa was not approved the first time, the lady was very nice both with Karol and I.
