The whole process was not bad, but we were asked a document we did not prepare. That was a letter from my daughter's father that agrees my daughter to go to US with me. I had custody paper, therefore I thought I did not need that letter. But seemed we had to provided that letter to get approved.

The interview went smoothly. The interview itself took about 10 minutes total, we spent the rest of the time waiting (about 2 hours).
Have all your papers ready and it should be fine. One man there for the K1 interview didn't have all of his file together, missing a view documents, this will delay the process. He had to leave and return with the proper documentation.
All the agents were very courteous and professional.

The consulate officer didn't ask for any evidence of our relationship (and I had several inches of paperwork documenting it). He just looked through the I-129-F file and the paperwork they'd specifically asked for and commented on / asked about a few things: where I'm moving to (he knew a city in the area), one of the photos of my fiance and me submitted with the I-129F (he asked where it was taken), and a couple of questions/comments about how my fiance and I met and the work we do. He also asked if my fiance has any dependants, but it was all very conversational. I think he was checking to see how easily I was able to talk about the details when he drew attention to them.
Then he finished with "Everything appears to be in order" and asked if I wanted to pick up the package the next day at 2:30 or have it mailed to me.

Got into Montreal around midnight on Sunday night, checked into the Days Inn Centre Ville. Woke up the next morning and walked to the Consulate, which took about 10 minutes. Got there at 6:45am and was first in line, but decided we wanted a cup of coffee from the corner store. Doors opened at about 7:25am, we were out of there by 8:55am. Nothing spectacular to add to anyone else's comments, it went as easy as one could hope. Visa arrived in the mail today (Thursday) so we're good to go!

The interview process was very smooth. Basic questions asked...were very friendly. I was very worried going in...but the whole thing went very smoothly.
