I stayed at Novotel, which is a five-minute walk away from the consulate. My interview was at 8:45 am, and I arrived 25 minutes early.
There's no technology allowed, so I had to turn off my phone and leave it along with my watch in a locker. The staff was very nice. The person who gave me my number told me not to be nervous, which was really helpful.
I had to wait until close to 10 am to be called to submit my required documents. They asked for:
interview payment receipt
my birth certificate (original & photocopy) - there was a typo in my name for mine, so I also provided my Canadian Citizenship document (photocopy)
bio page of my passport (photocopy)
2 passport photos
I-134 (photocopy) and supporting documents (W2 for 2020 & 2021 and paystubs for Feb - Mar 2022)
police check (original)
The typo in my birth certificate is difficult to correct since the process in the Philippines makes it extremely difficult, so I was very h... read complete review

I had a really good experience. I left all of my electronics in my car, but they did put my car key in a locker since it had a battery in it (wasn't given any hassle about it). I had to go up to a window to provide the documents they requested. They did not need all of the documents that were on the packet, but those are there in case they require additional proof. I then had to sit down and wait about 10 minutes before I was called up for my interview. These interviews are not private, they are done in the lobby, so the other people there can hear you. Very straightforward, and took about 30-45 minutes total.

Appointment: May 2, 2022 9:15am

After grabbing breakfast with SO, I went to go line up 30 minutes before the given appointment time. After waiting outside for about 40 minutes, the guard came out to notify us that the system was down and to come back at 1pm. People were pretty dumbfounded but everyone pulled through and I was out by 2pm.

Documents collected:
1. Payment receipt
2. Biometric page
3. Passport photos
4. Birth Certificate Original and copy
5. Police Certificate
6. I-134, supporting docs

Questions asked:
1. How did you meet? How long have you been together?
2. What is your job?
3. What is his job?
4. Where are you planning to move?
etc

I thought people were very friendly and professional. It was all and all good expereicne.
