The C.O. were very nice, smiled a lot at my baby. I was asked questions like :what's your fiancé phone number? What does he do for a living?...

Interview time: 7:30

- I get to the embassy and there is an impossible line outside. And from the get go, there is a major mix up. For some funny reason, security assumes I am American. They usher me to a different, much shorter line, check my stuff and send me over to citizen services. So I am now in the office not knowing what happened.
- I finally get to the main interview area and a American lady from citizen services asks me how she could help. I tell her I am here for an interview and I am not a U.S citizen. "Do I need to go back into the queue outside?" No, she asks me to hand over the interview letter and immediately processes it. She asks me to go grab a number and a seat.
- Mind you, the local security lady (in charge of seating and general order in the interview room) upon realizing I am not American, gets an attitude shift in a split second. ***More on this later...
- Interview process: 5 lines. Everything out in the open for all to hear.... read complete review

My fiancée said that her interview went very smoothly. The C.O. was an older white woman. She only asked: "What do you have in common?" "Where does he live?" "How did you meet?" "Oh, I see that the father of your little girl has died." When did you first meet your fiancé?" And that was it. The interview only took 5 minutes.
My fiancée said that the woman was very nice and friendly.
