K1/K2 interview - Fiance was present
Interview was scheduled for 7:20am.
An agent check all documents required then we wait until the officer call our name. We (me, my 2 children and my fiancé) were called at 8:30am and the officer asked which language we communicate, I said Portuguese and English but mostly English. "Ok, so your interview will be in English."

*You two work for the same company? What do you do? What about him?
*I see it's your second marriage. Looking at him... you too! Let me check if a have your divorce decree here (it was attached to initial petition, so ok!)
*Then he asked him: when did you divorce? Do you have kids? How old are they? Do they live with you? What are the plans for the wedding? Where are you going to live?
*Daniela have you ever been to US? Have you ever overstay with your tourist visa?

The appointment was straightforward: I arrived at the consulate, showed my passport, went upstairs to the second floor (where those visas are done). I was greeted by an employee that gave me two papers: one showing the list of documents I needed, and another one to fill out with contact information. The contact information form was asking for my address and phone number, my fiancee’s address and phone number and where I was staying in Rio. The list of documents were the ones described on their website, you just need to put them in order. The employee that gave you the two pages will check everything, and ask you to sign the sworn statement.
Once I was done with the documents, I was directed to wait for the documentation check. This part is the longest. You will be asked about your living situation, employment history, get your fingerprints, etc. Your original documents will be returned in this step. This is not the interview yet.

I hadn't seen any cases online before so I was relieved. But my case is undergoing administrative review. They kept my passport and explained my case had not yet been received via the pims system.
