Ola pessoal minha entrevista foi dia 20/06/2007..fui a primeira a ser entrevista, meu marido me acompanhou. O consul foi super simpatico e fez as seguintes perguntas:
1) Como vcs se conheceram?
2) Qual a data do seu casamento?
3) Vc tem algum problema de saude? (pergunta feita pra mim)
4) Vc teve algum problema com a Policia? (pergunta feita pra mim)
O Consul nao pediu pra ver nada q comprovasse nosso relacionamento..levei milhares de fotos , cartoes, etc...nao pediram nada.
Peguei o passaporte no dia seguinte.
POE em Houston no dia 23/06/2007 ...foi tudo tranquilo.
1 semana depois recebi o social security e dia 23/07/2007 recebi o green card.

excellent interview...
As we arrived they gave us specific directions regarding the order of all documents...thanks visa journey..it is the same order recomended by this great visajourney site..
the questions were very general and the interview was done in less than 5 minutes..I made the trip to the interview in Brazil and it helped.
many thanks to visajourney in all this process..

Interview went poorly and was not given visa due to problems with previous stays in US on tourist visa. Needed I-601 waiver of inadmissibility. It would have been nice to know this closer to the beginning of the whole process. Fortunately this was granted several months later.

Interview was easy... they just ask things like what do you do in Brazil, what your fiance does in States, How did you met?
The only problem is the long waiting on line...

Approved....... Almost to easy....... Took about 5 mins. for K-3 visa interveiw. I was allowed to attend interveiw with wife and daughter. Went to the interview room told the man I was the USA Spouse and if he cared if I came in for interview. He looked up and said by all means come in. Asked basic questions like how we met, how long we knew each other. When and where we married and what I did for a living. He asked me as many questions as he asked my wife and daughter. My wife had a bundle of supporting information like photos,emails etc. They did'nt even ask to see. They are now home with me and every thing went fine at the poe in Chicago as well. Only problem we had was missing our connecting flight at Chicago. The security check was very slow in Sao Paulo was in line 2 1/2 hours.
