My husband said that they were very nice and made him feel at ease. They asked him were and how we meet. What my job was and about my children. He was very honest and told them he knows that I have children and they know about him but he didn't know a whole lot about them because they are adults and have their own lives and he has never met them. Any question that he did not know the answer to he told them I don't know. It's very important that you are completely honest with them and that you have all your paperwork they need when you have your interview.

Algeria embassy has no backlog for interviews in 2021. They are not backed up from Covid. Everyone that works at the embassy is super nice .
They asked to see my relationship evidence and all my civil docs. I was approved same day, visa issued next day, and I picked it up a week later .

Interview went very well! My husband said the consular was very nice. He completed the interview in English. Asked him: when we met, how did we meet, have either of us been married, how old was my son, did he meet my son, what was my job, where were we going to live, what did my husband like most about me. He then said congratulations your visa is approved. Should receive visa in 10 days! Alhamdullilah!
