Interview went very smooth according to my wife. She was an early bird showing up at 7:15am. As a result, she was first to be interviewed even though her appointment was at 8:10am as some other applicant reported their appointment to be scheduled earlier than hers, 7:45am.
She first passed security. Once in, an Algerian lady, who some report she may not be pleasant all the time, nicely asked for her civil documents while she was about to take her fingerprint. Then, she handed the domestic violence pamphlet and nicely asked to patiently wait until her name gets called for the interview.
At the time of the interview, it was a nice African American who made my stressed wife comfortable the minute she walked to the counter. The interview itself had few questions, but it was mainly to build rapport rather than an interrogation. We expected the CO to speak in French.
