They received me on time and very professsional, no stress. I got inside the Embassy at 1:15pm and at 1:30pm they checked me with the security machine. The person was perfectly nice with me. Then wen I got inside the waiting room they asked for my passport and then I waited a little bit and then they called my name and asked for the medical exam, DS160, I-134 and proof of relationship. THen they requested me to sit down and wait. Then another person called me and took my biometrics (fingerprints). Then sit down again and a lady called me to pay the fee. Then waited again and they call me and said to go to window #7 to the CO (consular officer). The CO interviewed me and gave me a 221g and he said my interview was very well done. The end of the interview. The 221g requested "Proof of finances including prior year tax audit from the IRS, W-2 forms, Social Security statement, etc. In reality we submitted all the evidence requested on the I-134. My fiance had his interview today. There were 6 other people and he was out with his visa in 2 hours. The questions were pretty basic, how we met, when we met, what kind of work he would do in Alerica. Then the strange questions....they ask if he was paying me money or if I was paying him money?? They asked if I was muslim before I met him or if I became muslim just for him??? Then they asked him why he loved me.....again strange questions, but they seemed more interested in our relationship then anything else. They gave him a letter stating "Congradulations, visa to AMerica is approved" and a UPS tracking ticket. He should receive his visa in 12 days.

Interview went well, not many questions.
Courtesous interviewer.
On time and well organized.
---
Embassy was not responsive to emails (2wks usually)
Embassy did not approve expedite request for about 1 month!
Emabassy was not clear on procedure to retrieve visa. My wife was supposedely given a choice to either come pick up or they send it. But actually they only set an appointment for her 1 month later to retrieve the visa. The visa was issued/printed 1 day after interview... so basically lost one more month!!

Everyone at the Embassy was very nice. Getting in was like very much like going through the airport security. Interview was scheduled for 1:30PM we were one of 4 people waiting and everyone was approved. Only 1 other interview besides ours was for K1, but he also was approved,"Congratulations and have a good life in America." The consular interviewed me first, then Hamza, then both of us together. The questions were random and we both gave all the same answers, we were completely honest about everything.
