The portal doesn't work without the NVC number and also you need the IIN number. If you try to pay before it's like trying to pay a water bill of a house that hasn't been built yet...

how are you? I hope NOA 2 will be yours soon ... A lot of Dec. filers are at NVC already... I'm sure you'll be there soon!

Well, it's neither nor. Usually you have to call like crazy to get your number. Some people got their number really fast like that. You should definitely call and ask them for your number! The usually time between NOA2 and getting number is 1-2 weeks if you are proactive.

I'm going to China for a trip with my mom, since I'll be leaving soon and we want to do something nice together... It's an organized trip to Beijing, Xian, Shanghai and other places worth visiting...
