the ds-3032 and ds-230 are the foreign spouse's documents, not the USCitizens.

However, the USCitizen can assist with filling out said documents, but it's the Foreign Spouse™ who must sign.

so when they send me the DS3032 to choose agent i shall be my wife's agent ? im the U.S citizen who live in U.S and she is in egypt ? somebody here told me i should be her agent cause its easier but i asked couple other friends and they said she should be her own because she will be asked in the interview if she is the one who filled the 230 application ? so im not sure what to pick please help. thx

now the question is which way is easier i should be my wife's agent when they send me the DS3032 im the U.S citizen and live in U.S or make her to be her own agent she is in egypt ? which way is easier for both of us and faster ? thx for ur help .

whats up with immgration ####### they r approving I-130 from jan and feb of 2011 and missed a lot of oct/nov/and dec of 2010 !!!! cant they be more freaking organised

what is CRBA ?

Submit a CRBA to her embassy [Consular Report of Birth Abroad] and have the child get it's US Citizenship and a US passport. No need for the child to be added to the I-130.

ok im still waiting for my noa2 now my wife is pregnant and looks like the baby will be born in egypt so how do i add the baby to the I-130 application ? and do i need to submit another I-130 for the baby after birth and wait another 8-10 month for the baby application to go through or what ? i just wanna know so if i need to start anything i can start it now while im waiting for the noa2 for my wife ? thx for the help

i did this mistake and its costing me a lot now if u apply for K1 then she needs to be only ur fiance until u r in the U.S if u get married before that then ur K1 is no longer good and u will have to apply for I-130 and wait 8-10 month thats where im now so either delay ur wedding or go get married now and forget about the K1 and apply for I-130

hi i know what u r going through and it sucks but u cant do anyhting from here (usa) i already asked and they said u can transfer u case to another country or wait sorry to tell u that but its a sad situation.

[What visa are we talking about, your profile shows IR-1/CR-1, this visa type does not use an I-129F, where is your I-130? Did you file both for a K-3?

If you file both for a K-3, and they both got approved and sent to NVC at same time, they will close the I-129F and proceed on with the I-130.

IF I-130 is still back at USCIS, then they may proceed on the K-3 petition.

Was the I-129F from a prior failed K-1 visa petition?

YES thwe I-129f was filled first and then we got married so i filled the I130 but they still approved the I 129f
