Just to add I know two people who have had this same problem...one was turned back and visa cancelled at the POE for being a public charge and the other tried to renew at the embassy and visa was not renewed, it was stated at the interview that visitors are not entitled to aid form US govt. and they should have paid the bill themself

good luck with your endeavor as u did violate the law by not leaving when u were not enrolled in school. I myself withdrew from my school in 2009 and left the us 2 days after as i did not want to violate any laws....good luck to you

blue slip is not AP, it is simply asking to return with more evidence, once the evidence is submitted to their satisfaction the visa is issued. On the day of my interview 99% of applicants were issued blue slips for missing documents. Simply schedule an appointment to drop off docs. and if they are ok the visa will be issued.

it is not a denial, simply present the requested docs. at the embassy for their review, if satisfactory ur visa should be approved.
