Alright, I've got all my documents ready to go (I-864, vaccinations records, police check etc), all forms are filled out (DS-230, DS2001) ready for posting. I am just waiting for a case number now so I can book my medical! Whoo hoo!

Yes! The US Embassy in London emailed to say they are going to expedite my I-130 petition!

So fed up of this process & we've barely even began..

I'd say we're definitely in the "10 month" category as they are 4 months (almost 5) behind in their processing times - They've only just started processing petitions from mid-November 2010! :(

I'm still fuming about their latest update. At this rate my husband is going to miss his son's first birthday I hope they pull their fingers out and get cracking!!

So bloody ridiculous! So I was right in my first post, I wont be in the US until December! I've had my husband's military commander (he's in the USAF) send a letter to get my visa expedited so I'm hoping it'll fast-track my application.

Hiya, I was looking at your timeline and it says that you sent your I-130 to London on the 16th of Feb and got your NOA1 the next day. Did you get an email with your case number or something? I sent mine on the 15th Feb and I've *still* not received my NOA1 even though the $$ have come out of my account, which is why I'm wondering if you are 100% sure you received your NOA1. T...
