priority date is when we get the approved letter from uscis office,they will give priority date for each case..when we filed ........which date u filed ur case&approved

Err, I filed on Feb 17, was approved mid-May.

I don't think there is a priority date when you file as we did xx

seriously, still nothing? wow, that is crazy. I guess that I shouldn't expect anything to happen for me any time soon then. I guess I'm gonna be stuck in London for a good while longer. I hope you get your case number soon xx

they're processing petitions filed jan 27th! so they've passed my filing date, hope I get a straight-forward approval and no denial or RFE. Of course, you've been waiting so long for your case number, it seems like I'll have just as long a wait as always, good luck xx

Yup, we've called them daily since 11th May. No case number yet.

It's so odd that you're having to wait so long for them to transfer your file over. Must be very frustrating for you, esp since your case in an expedite. I hope they have some good news for you soon xx

Well apparently it was hand-delivered to the next office on May 17th. Still no case number.

Well once you get approved it's supposed to take about two weeks to receive your case number. But lot's of people call about a week after I-130 approval to get the case number over the phone so they can book the medical. Good luck!!! xx

But we've phoned and were told no case number has been issued. It's been over a week and a half now since their "we're doing it today!" email.
