Thank you Easter was really nice, church and then bike riding all day...miss my family back home, first time we were not all together for Easter...you are so lucky you have your AP card, and you are allowed to travel back and forth...gosh how long before I hear anything...

Hmm, that's weird. I'm with Wells Fargo as well. The first time I applied, I got rejected because I didn't have a job. But the second time (after getting a job), I got approved. And I have NO annual fee and paid nothing to get the credit card.

it is $25/year for a $300. minimum nuts!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I think because it may because it is under our household income, i.e. my hubbies income, not mine (no job yet, can't start looking without the Employment authorization card). Well I will only use it to establish some credit here, and then look elsewhere for a credit card, maybe a credit union. What is so weird is having a wells fargo bank card which is a cred...

Confirming Harpa's advice. The WHOLE case is paused. You eligibility for the i-751/I-131 is based on your eligibility for AOS. If you are RFE'd they've found you lacking so you're not eligible for AOS (or EAD or AP) until you reply to the RFE.

The whole process is very frustrating! It's like they put up barriers on purpose sometimes. Hope it all gets resolved for you soon.

I understandt that the income transcript is the preferred method, so I will get on the transcript right away, and the transcript is free..yippeeee

I know how you feel..Chris & I have a an RFE for every step of this K1 Visa process! It sucks, but I am sure it is something simple and easy to fix!! Keep us posted

I'm not sure if you need to change it, the number stays the same. After we got married, I went into the office to do the name change on Monday and had it in our mailbox on Wednesday. Surprisingly fast. Wouldn't hurt to go apply for the name change and you may even have it before you have all the paperwork done and organized.

thanks Tileeka, I think I will go ahead with the AOS/EAD & AP and fill out the forms with my married name, and keep the SSN in my married name, and will change the SSN once everything with AOS is finalized...I hope this will work..
