Finally! 

I just woke up to an email from uscis saying They scheduled my biometrics appointment. I guess I have to wait a couple days before the document show up in my profile 

Now my estimate completion time is 7 months (October 2018). Initially when I filed last month it was 8 months, still October/18. Hopefully it will take less then that 

I am filing under the 3 years rule  (through marriage) even though I've  been a Permanente Resident for over 6 years.

I will be updating my info as soon as I find out the date.

I think that, in about 1 week, you will receive an email or SMS Text saying that USCIS order production of your new card, and another email/text once they mail your green card, this happend to me and to others june approved

WOOHOOOO!!!!! Today I received my new Green Card on the mail!!!!!! It came on a flat rate mailing USPS Envelope, with a big barcode tracking number, so I checked on usps.com and it was mailed from Corbin, KY.

I am very happy, I can not stop looking at my new card, Thanks God!!!!

We received the same e-mail telling us that USCIS Ordered production of my Green Card on September 9...... and yesterday (3 days later) We received a different e-mail telling us that USCIS mailed us my Card on September 12, so it took 3 day for they to make and send my new Green Card.

With my daughter last year, The day that told us that they sent her green card, they also gave us an USPS tracking number in the e-mail, so we could track the Green Card, but this time with me they just said that they sent the Green Card, so we are just waiting, it can come any time from now

The current transfer notice currently contains the following phrase: “CRI89 approved removal of conditions (I89).” That statement means that the biometric portion of the case has been successfully transferred; it does not, however, mean that the petition itself was approved.

Hello everybody......

Today I received an e-mail from USCIS, so I went to uscis.gov and my case status finally changed, now it says: "On September 9, 2013, we ordered production of your new card. Please allow 30 days for your card to be mailed to you."

So they just ordered the production of my card today , 7 business days after my approval, hopefully I will receive my new Green Card this month

WOOHOO CONGRATULATIONS TO HOBBITOFOHIO AND BIRDYGIRL!!!! It is great!!

we have been approved really fast, I keep checking my mail box expecting to find my new green card, it said 60 days but I hope it come sooner....... for what I saw in the other posts it is coming approx 2 weeks later....

I really sorry to hear your situation, I will give you the list of the evidency we sent with the I-751, it may give you an idea of what else to send.... we do not have any joint lease, health insurance plan, bank account or house in both names, the only thing we own jointly is our car, maybe you can add your wife to the title of your car.

this is what we sent, maybe some things dont apply because it sounds like you both have no children, but for the rest it can give you an idea.

You do not have to list his daughter at all!! it is only asking for childrens of your own, that is childrens that you have with your husband or childrens that you had with somebody else.... so, in your case you do not have to fill anything in Part 4, but do not leave it blank!!!!, just fill it as N/A from Part 4 question 1 through 30.

Hi Ubamama, I sent my I-751 on 06/14/2013, I got my Approval Notice dated 08/28/2013 on my mail box and my case status on uscis.gov still showing Initial Review.

Hi ameribrit... my case status did not change at all in uscis.gov, it still showing Initial Review... I did not get any other kind of notification just my physical approval notice and it arrived in my mail box.

Thank you everybody, we are really happy, I was expecting a response soon after I saw april and may applicants are being approved, but I had no idea it could be this fast, 2 months and a half, wow...... but the funny part is that yesterday we received mail again after I found my approval notice in the mail, so it means that I exactly received my approval last saturday but for some reason we forgot to check the mail, so my approval notice spend the weekend in my mail box!!!!! I could have a nicer weekend after all

WOOOHOOOOO I received today My Approval Notice in the mail!!!!!!!!!!! it was dated August 28, I am really happy, Thanks God!!! my approval took exactly 2 months and 2 weeks from my Noa1 Date.....

The notice says I should receive my Green Card within 60 days.... hopefully it will be sooner, but the important thing is that I was approved and my new 10 years Green Card is on its way wooohooooo.

Oh my God!! I just realized that most April applicants and even some May applicants had been approved!!!!! we are next!!!!, I am very excited, I cannot wait to have my new 10 years Green Card on my hand.

I dont think it will be a problem, my husband is 23 years older then me, we are deeply in love, we have 2 kids and expecting a new baby........ In my case USCIS, NVC, or my embassy never saw it as a red flag, we got married for real love and it is what matters...

if your marriage is genuine, there is not reason for being a problem.

The DMV is asking me for proof of legal residency in order to re-new my ID..... I really need it because I have to go to the hospital a lot (I am pregnant) and they always ask me for my ID... so I dont know what to do, I dont feel like showing the NOA1 and explain it every time in hospital....
