I got legally married to my husband on February 23rd 2010. We started filing our I-120 in May 2010 and it was approved by the USCIS October 20. We then filed in our affadavit of support and the DS-260 (montreal is required to do this online now) and sent in my supporting documents on November 30th. Ten days later the NVC contacted us by email saying they received our stuff and it was under review. Anyone know how long it will take the NVC to complete our case and when we can expect to hear about a Montreal interview. I think the January slots are filled up...
