Did you get married in the U.S.? You'll need a marriage certificate apostille from the Venezuelan embassy if you did (we did). If you got married in Venezuela, I don't know how that goes. Yes, you need to send the police report to NVC when it's requested. It'll go to the embassy with the rest of your petition. Good luck

My wife says you will have to go back to Vzla to get it done. We are in south Florida and are also dealing with the closure of the consulate here - there aren't many options. I do know that you will NOT be able to get a visa in an expired passport, period. Good luck to you guys

Hey no problem man, thanks for that! Did you have any status changes on the USCIS website? We're just curious because we didn't send the E-Notify form, so we watch the website for updates - and we know ALOT of people never had an update there even after they received NOA2! Needless to say, we're going crazy
