The US don't offer BF visas, so I don't know exactly what you are asking. It doesn't say in your post if either one of you are USC, so again what invite from the US are you looking into.

Hey everyone!
Am 19 and my dad is filing for me [iR2]...how much of a possibility is it that we will have to do a DNA test since his name was added to my birth certificate in 2004. We are as far as getting case complete around new years. If we r asked to take a DNA test, wud it b asked to do @ the medical appointment; how long the results would take to be known??
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
YES to DNA testing
No it will not be at the medical
It will be requested at the interview
Cost between $600 to $700 US dollars.
Good luck.

no. when your dad came here he was petitioned as a sibling. now that your dad is here he (as a permanent resident) has to petition for your brother as his son (2nd preference category/unmarried adult son). your brother is not automatically petitioned as a newphew. only your father or you as his sibling (or a USC spouse or a USC fiance) can petition him.
you might want to check the uscis page on this:
Zen Den has given you the link in this post. Click and read.

Did you earn US income? If you worked in the US or for a US company in 2010, then you are required to file taxes in the US. Your post is not quite clear on what you are asking, so I hope this response help you.

NEED SOME HELP..
Thank u..
I would suggest that you do an advance research here on VJ for information related to the 864 finance form and read all that have been posted regarding the pro's and cons of the financial responsibility of being a co sponsor. Also, there will be detailed instructions posted aswell on how to complete the form and what form each party should complete. There is too much information surrounding this form to just type a simple response. After reading and re-searching if you have a particular question, then feel free to post back. The advanced search is at the top of this page on the righjt hand side.
I need your advice and i will appreciate it if you can help me .

Oh but immigration does know your story, they see cases like this everyday, and it is called FRAUD. The only way out is to go back home before the 194 expires. Your situation is no different than anyone else from a 3rd world country. If you choose to stay, please remember these kind word, your life will never be your own, because you will always be looking over your shoulder to see if I.C.E. is behind you.
Good luck on whichever journey you chose.
