that means that after the interview, then oat same day. Perfect!. The reason is I will be bringing a my 2 kids with me for my wife at the interview.

but anyway at some of these USCIS office take in, some people can be loud and nasty when they call in applicants.

Hopefully this will be my wife last USCIS experince once she receive her USC certificate

Please post the questions once you finish your interview. Me and my wife we have a long journey since she just sent in her N-400 this past saturday.

I have never sent in my tax info since I forgot to put in the N-400 packet sent. I think others can help you.

Remember to read the instruction slowly to include all evidences and do not want to become like me . Forgot to include my last three years of tax , marriage evidence. Check my other post on this.

Have anyone try early Bio at the Newark Office? did they even allow it?

How long was the wait in total util you leave the interview? I want to know since I have to bring my two kids and wait for my wife interview probabalby be in the newark office.

that is correct. that is if you are married to a US Citizen for the last 3 Years and he/she is a US Citizen for the last three 3 years.

you can file as early as 5/19/13 ( 90 days prior to 7/19/13) provided that you did not leave the country for longer than six months since that will stop your 3 years continuous residency.

//the earlier of 3 years marriage with a USC or 5 years continus residence 7/19/1013 or 7/19/2015 . you can actually file N-400 90 days to 7/19/2013 or 7/19/2015.

always good to start filing right away. I did not file N-400 until I was like 8 years since I became PR.

Ditto to Diamond and few others in here. I did the same exact thing this past saturday 27, November.

I included everything for my wife but forgot to send in the marriage evidences for marriage for the last three years.

I try to do a recall from the the local post office but they gave me a lot of hassles since they they did not want to to the paperwork for recalling the the N-400.

Guess I have to wait and see.
