    Williams33,
I'm livid that you closed this thread because you figured "This topic/issue requires the assistance of an immigration attorney." What a convenient excuse! First of all, I see too many threads on many forums on this website where the topic of discussion clearly require the assistance of an immigration attorney. Why aren't those getting closed too? Might there be a double standard? Hmm...I wonder. I challenge you to find me a clause in the TOS that states that topics that require expert help must not be discussed.
But I suspect the real reasons why you closed that thread are:
    1. Just to make yourself feel "important" and "powerful"
    2. You probably don't have an immigration problem and you have zero empathy for those who do!
    3. Because you can't stand your "authority" being challenged as it was by w8inglongtime.
I hope those who crowned you king realize just how power-drunk you are. And what better way to show more of your "authority" than by promptly closing this thread as well. And then terminate my account and ban my IP for good measure.

I beg to differ. What you termed "messy" contained many valuable advice and potential solutions to our problem that many good people on this website have offered freely and openly. Granted there may be one or two off-topic digressions but I was able to sort the fluff from the meat. If you are in a situation that threatens to tear your family apart or end a career you've spent more than 12 years building, like we're in, I bet you won't describe these potential solutions as "messy". But hey, one man's trash is another man's treasure.
I won't bother to start a new thread. There is no new information to add. It won't be a productive use of my time. And who says it won't turn "messy" too. It will also be asking too much from those who have already read between the lines, cleverly sized up the situation correctly and made valuable contributions. Besides, starting yet a new thread (on a topic that's already beaten to death) might further annoy the gods, mods and kings who obviously are pissed with me already.

Mariye & Ky got a reaction from TBoneTX in Birth Certificate for I-129f
Hi, we just filed also (I-129F). The back of my BC is also blank. I made a colour copy double sided (front/back on one page-- mine is tan'ish colour so a white page wouldn't do). I wrote on the blank backside, "Back of Petitioner's birth certificate--[name & dob], is blank by the county of [county born and registered in]. I signed and dated it. Simple. Give them what they ask for, and if there is a blank, write that it is blank, sign and date it. Best to you both!

YESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS !!! Some Birth Certificates have records on back of them and some do not. Mine does not have any information on the back. My sister who was born in another country on US Base, has information the backside of hers. Thus, since the USCIS instructions read both front and back, then I followed. Be safe Rose, and don't take a chance with it. If yours is blank like mine was, then be sure to write your Full Legal Birth Name, (write: Petitioner), and list it as Page 2 of 2 for Legal Birth Certificate; Then, "BLANK ON ACTUAL ORIGINAL DOCUMENT" Intial and date it .... So if they ask you for copy at interview, you will have the exact document you sent in. Up to you, the clock starts when you send in the application and who wants to wait to be with their fiance's or husband / wife because of a delay from an RFE? Prevent any delay that 'might occur' ahead of time. Regarding Notary on Sworn Statement of Affidavit: No, its not necessary to have it Notarized, BUT it must be witnessed, signed and dated with appropriate witness demographics (name, addy and phone#). Good luck with that Packet. Mari
