    for those who had a kid with them during medical, my daughter is 3years old, she's not required of an xray right?just immunizations?

      i think TST..(tuberculine skin test) for kids.. yeah and immunization

      yes sis. just TST not xray. if found positive on TST, thats the time they require chest xray. if ok, proceed with immuniczation.

      :( why they send you RFE? Ive triple checked quadrupled checked took evthing apart and put back...and im doing it again this weekend :( i think this part is quite stressful...makes the wait for noa2 a breeze now....

      no, i mean im hoping walang RFE sa AOS/DS230 hehehe,nakakatense kasi e minsan even if u triple check it they could lose something or u just plain missed out one small thing hehe. . .but im sure di ako mRFE,fingers crossed :)

      krisca, I had the same case and the same feeling before, I was filing single for 3yrs coz I was advised to do that since my hubby is not here yet, until I realized that I was supposed to file as married coz i might have a problem w/ immigration later on. So what I did was to apply for amendment for 3yrs & applied for ITIN for my hubby coz he doesnt have SSN yet. Others just left it as single & didnt have a problem with it. I think you should be ok.

      ung ITIN daw kasi is for spouse na matagal pa or nde magmimigrate sa US,since I'am approved na and just waiting na matanggap nila payment sa Visa they said its not necessary na apply pa ako ng ITIN. . .kaya aun single finile,i hope na ok pa din

    hi again, i have an AOS related question. my husband's tax agency filed his tax return as single since im not there yet. will that be a problem? also we are having a little bit of problem understanding the AOS, since my husband is short a couple of bucks so we will be needing a co-sponsor. Which we already have. My navy friend will co sponsor. I just dont know if me and my 3yr old daughter be needing separate AOS and will my friend be needing to sign two separate i864? and the same goes w...

    is everyone required to do the sputum test? coz i know it takes 2 months for the results. . .does everybody gets tested? or random?

      if the beneficiary has lung problems or the history of it,they do sputum test.as far as i know

    my husband paid our AOS bill and Visa Bill via mail,coz the system wont let him pay coz he has 2 case under his name. me and my daughter.so,NVC said we pay via mail instead. does it take a long time b4 it appears PAID in the system?

      hello, pwede ka or hubby mo tawag sa NVC talk to an operator...they will give you case number and your IIN so you can pay online..

      hello krisca!, akala ko, once they receive your case sa NVC, the case # will automatically be generated, nde pla. Another waiting period. Lets just pray for a smooth process in NVC :)
