      i have the same problem, sobrang pangit nung NSO copy nung bc ko, nireject nga sa DFA nung kumukuha ako ng passport.. they told me to always attach my local civil registry copy sa NSO copy ng bc ko para daw may backup parati. Kaya kumuha ako ng copies ng NSO saka pina-authenticate ko ung local copy ko :)
