Hi guys! Is it also needed to have my dual citizen baby get registered at CFO? She has both US passport and Philippine passport. If so, what other documents should I bring during the registration process since she has a US passport and not a visa on her Philippine passport?
And by the way, I cannot find the GUIDANCE AND COUNSELLING FORM only the registration form on the CFO website, can anyone out there help me find to where I can get it online? Thanks a lot!

Well, first of all you have to wait for the outcome of the interview if the consul will still recommends DNA test, it's something you shouldn't done prior to her interview cos the lab company will require a letter from the embassy where DNA was recommended for immigration purposes.
But...
Since USCIS needs proof of sanguinity between your wife and son, then you can do the DNA test as it is a proof but I dont think you can present the results also to the embassy. All you have to do is to contact AABB accredited lab to do the DNA analysis and complete their requirements (one of which is a copy of the RFE letter stating the request of sanguinity between your wife and her son).
Whe requested a trio package before for the DNA (mother,daughter,father).

You should enter your passport number as the receipt number. Anyways,was my prob too but then at the end I just called them and instructed them of when will I want my interview and then after talking about 8 minutes, they sent the appointment letter through email.
