Great news from me 😊 I filed 10th of August and today I saw my status had changed. On the 3rd of July they scheduled my interview! *doing a happy dance* Waiting for my interview letter now. I can't believe this day has arrived 😃😃

If one has a 212 (h) waiver for CIMT they can travel & return to US but you will go
thru secondary everytime. make sure GC & PP are not expired (then you
may have some probs) Double check with a waiver attorney when departing the
laws are spinning fast regarding immigration
